RETURNS & REFUNDS
Goods cannot be returned.
Refunds or returns cannot be accepted due to the fact that wines & spirits are sensitive products and need to be kept in certain conditions. At Cellier we guarantee that these products are kept and transfered under appropiate means, in order to insure their excellent condition upon arrival.
Defective product
If a product has a defect, which substantially reduces or cancels the value or the suitability of the product in its intended use, then the buyer must inform Cellier within 2 days from the day of purchase in order to make the necessary replacement.
