VINIFICATION: Before the must can be obtained and fermented, the grapes are gently crushed and then clarified. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks. Once the must reaches between 3% and 4% alcohol, it is chilled; this process preserves the wine's natural aromatic characteristics. The wine is given its sparkling element following the traditional Charmat method.
COLOR: Pale ruby with a festive rose-colored mousse.
BOUQUET: Ample, with scents of roses and musk; fruity perfumes with aromatic undertones.
PALATE: Refreshing with balanced sweetness; displays a delicate mousse and subtle notes of strawberries on the finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS: A perfect match with desserts, especially with fruit tarts, tiramisu, cakes or pie, and ice cream.
ALCOHOL LEVEL: 7%.
