At 895 metres altitude, you can almost touch the stars and shape the clouds. The dusk air is intense with fragrance. And the sun lights up the land in all its splendour. Here, at a height of 895 metres, Celeste is born, the Torres family’s first Ribera del Duero.
Tinto fino (Tempranillo): A Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero, which adapts to the extreme temperatures found in that territory and needs no mixing with other varieties.
Luminous morello cherry red with garnet highlights. Intense aromas of wild blackberries and blueberry jam with toasted and spicy notes (pink peppercorn) and exciting undertones of hot wax and exquisitely fine oak. Round, velvety and mature, it envelops the palate in its perfume.
Due to its fruity and tannic characteristics, this wine pairs with the traditional oven roasted meats as well as grilled and barbecue meals.
