The Chatelain family has owned the Domaine for several generations, working the particular
kimmeridgian soil of Chablis: special composition of pebbles, limestone and clay dating from the Jurassic period. This famous kimmeridgian soil, together with the influence of the river Serein and the microclimate of Chablis, offers the basis of the reputation of Chablis: a rich and elegant white wine with its delicate mineral style.

Nose: Mineral bouquet with citrus fruit aromas.
Mouth: It has a very dry taste, slightly mineral, with a beautiful lingering flavour.
