
Vineyard: Les Riceys, a unique terroir in the southernmost tip of Champagne. The two plots of Chardonnay lay at 160m - 320m. The vineyard is cultivated using natural and mechanical working methods (natural grass cover, biodiversity and biological life of the soil are respected)
Varietal Composition: 100% Pinot Noir
Dosage: Extra Brut (4 g/l)
Vinification: Blanc de Noirs. Aged at least for 4 years on racks after disgorging.
Tasting Notes: This extra-brut champagne offers a great freshness, generosity and length expressing all the typicity of Les Riceys terroir. Aromas of citrus, white fruits and dried fruits like almond. Remarkable roundness thanks to the maturity of the grapes and the time spent aging in the cellar. End of the mouth marked by a mineral note, expression of the soil of Les Riceys.
Paired With: Ideal with an aperitif and charcuterie it goes perfectly with seafood, fish or even goat cheese
