Vineyard: Privately owned in the area of Mantinea at the foot of Mount Mainalos at an altitude of 600-650m.

Vinification: Classic white vinification in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.

Tastings notes:  Pale lemon colour with greenish highlights.Elegant and complex aroma of fresh and ripe tropical fruits, citrus floral aromas, . Full, fresh and fleshy taste.Long lasting aftertaste.

Pairs with : Risotto, seafood, pasta with white & creamy sauces, white meats cooked in the oven.

Serve at : 9-11ºC.

Ageing: up to 4-5 years after harvest.
