Traditional distillation in Charente: Stupfler still; Maceration (48h); Slow reduction (about
one month)
ABV: 43%
Origin: France
Noze: Citrus notes (tangerine, kumquat) and fresh pear. Then notes of spices (Sichuan
pepper and aniseed). A finish of white flowers, cornflower and a hint of dried walnut.
On the palate: Beautiful complexity with vegetal notes. Licorice roots, pear, followed by
aromas of clementine and candied mandarin. Long finish with a menthol and aniseed
touch.
