A special gin full of the smells of Greece produced in small batches, using traditional distillation methods and techniques of the most skillfull aroma makers. 

This combines to create a complex nose, with a strong juniper presence in perfect balance with the uniqueness of Greek kritamos, myrthle and skinos. A robust clean taste that uniquely and elegantly combines the fresh citrus and orange blossom with the rest of our botanicals. 

A wonderfully intense, long lasting after taste with peppery notes, has been created.
