A limited batch of Gin has been aged in casks which have previously contained the iconic Inocente Single Vineyard Fino Sherry, providing a nutty and mineral touch. 

Distilled three times, this Premium Gin has previously been infused with lemon and juniper extracts to obtain its delicate finesse. 

After experimenting with different style of Sherry casks in search of the ideal balance, Jose Estevez winemaking and master blending team, selected the Valdespino Fino Inocente casks to provide this Gin with its unique smooth character. Aged for over four years, only one cask was selected and bottled to be part of the Valdespino Rare Spirit Collection. 

A light golden colour Gin with greenish hues, the aromas of botanicals are rounded up with the vanilla, nutty and mineral touch of the Fino cask. With a slight hint of salinity, it is very smooth on the palate.
