Product description
A Grappa that comes from the mythical Sassicaia Super-Tuscan wine, which is produced from the Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon and then distilled from the Poli family in Cesana, Italy. The distillation is done in small batches via steam. The vinification ends in oak barrels, where it ages for 4 years and continues for 6 months in barrels that have been used for the Sassicaia wine.
Nose: Aromas of wood, vanilla, cocoa, coffee and licorice.
Palate: Full body and great complexity. Wood, honey, processed fruits, dried nuts (mostly walnuts), vanilla, cocoa, coffee, dark chocolate and eucalyptus notes.
Aftertaste: The vanilla's delicious sweet character and honey notes dominate this grappas long finish .
Serve: At a temperature of 18-20 ° C.
