Grappa Tignanello is obtained from the distillation of Cabernet and Sangiovese grapes, grown in the vineyard of Tignanello, owned by Tignanello estate, in the heart of Chianti Classico. Fermented grapes are transported to the distillery immediately after emptying the tanks and then pressed. This process guarantees that distillation is done only with the best bark, rich in alcohol and especially aromas. Then a very careful selection of the various grappa batches from the distillation ensures that only the most balanced and aromatic ones are selected.
