Vineyard: Polydendri Domokos in Central Greece

Vinification: Cold extraction for 14 hours, fermentation at low temperatures. Stay with the wine lees for 4 months.

Tasting Notes: Lemon green colour. Complex aromas of peach, citrus and tropical fruits. Pleasant in the mouth with lively acidity and creamy texture that enhances a long aftertaste.

Paired With: Fish, seafood, lemon chicken, pasta with creamy sauces
