Vineyard: Rioja.
Vinification: Skin contact maceration for 12hours at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Slow alcoholic fermentation for 10days at 14-16°C. The alcoholic fermentation is interrupted using cold treatment (0-2°C during one week) so as to eliminate the yeast before the process of alcoholic fermentation has finalised. This enables us to obtain in the most natural way a medium-sweet with residual sugar of 32gr/lt. At the same time, the cold treatment stabilises the wine and prevents malolactic fermentation from taking place.
Tasting notes: Its bright straw colour becomes slightly darker on the rim. The bouquet opens out with charming floral sensations, exotic fruit and pears. Fresh and unctuous fruit in the mouth, enlivened by a pleasant vivacity that adds finesse to this wine´s delicate sweetness. Luscious flavours with a touch of acidity remain on the palate after tasting.
