Vinification: Low intervention vinification with lees contact. 

Characteristics: Lemon in color. Aromas of wet stone, citrus and stone fruits. Lemon, grapefruit, peach, green apple and citron. In the mouth, it has a full body and a great oily texture. After taste leaves a sense of saltiness.
