Natureo Sparkling Rosé Alcohol Free is produced from the Syrah & Cabernet Sauvignon varieties.
Vinification: Fermentation takes place for 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic character of the variety. Then, using the 'Rotating Cone Column' technique, the alcohol is extracted just before bottling.The result is a sparkling wine with 0.0% alcohol and an exuberant character.
Tasting notes: Delicious non-alcoholic sparkling rosé wine with intense fruit aromas and notes of cherry, pomegranate and a touch of vanilla. Smooth and fresh on the palate. Rich, pleasant, delicate and silky on the palate.
Paird with: An ideal aperitif that also pairs wonderfully with fish, seafood and asparagus dishes.
Enjoy at 6-8 °C.
Ageing: It is intended to be drunk fresh.
