The cottage workshop "Darnacon Gefsis" is located in Neo Souli, which is one of the five Darnakochoria of Serres. The recipes, which have been created with great care and love, are made with the purest ingredients. No artificial colours and preservatives are used. The result is, products from the Greek land, which combine homemade flavours with know-how and science.
A special jam, with aroma and taste, that will delight you, made from red tomatoes, sugar and cinnamon. It can accompany cheese and charcuterie platters, as well as your burgers or pancakes. You can also enjoy it in anthotyro mousse, cheesecake with Cretan Mizithra, in egg fritters with cream cheese or, for the adventurous, on kaimaki ice cream.
