The Glen Elgin 12 Year Old has a honey-sweet character with sweet marzipan fragrances, fruitcake notes and pleasant sweet wood flavours.
Gold in the sight. Medium body with a pleasant, smooth mouthfeel. Aromas of almonds, marzipan and orange zest. Notes of sawn wood. In the palate sweetish, with some acidity between, very well balanced.
Best served in a traditional whisky glass, neat or with a little water.
