The name itself a portmanteau of two Japanese terms 'Yama' means 'mountain' and 'Sakura' means cherry tree. 

Nose: Orange blossom and subtle notes of earthy oak.

Palate: Fresh orchard fruit, salted-caramel-coated biscuit, greengages.

Finish: Medium length, rich in vanilla.
