Vineyard: The vineyard "Gerakofolia" consists of 52 hectares of single vineyard and is located at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level at the location of Sgarna on the outskirts of Mount Chlomo. The soils are sandy.

Vinification: White vinification in oak French oak winemaker at controlled temperature and 3-4 months in 228lt oak French oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Aromas of baked bread, butter, vanilla, wood, nutmeg and roasted nuts blend harmoniously with ripe white-fleshed fruits such as peach, pear and apple. Its exuberant flavor with its fruity character, buttery texture, nuts and vanilla notes is uniquely balanced with its round acidity and alcoholic strength, giving a delightful flavor with a lingering aftertaste.

Pairs with: Turkey stuffed with chestnut, white meats with creamy sauces or teriyaki, platters of rich cheeses.

Enjoy at: 10-13ºC
