Product description
Vineyard: Predominantly marlstone and sandstone belonging to the Flysch formation from the Eocene era, that gave rise to a rocky substrate that later formed the characteristic “ponca” of the Collio area.
Vinification: Pinot Grigio from Pinot Grigio grapes, part-fermented as a white wine.
Tasting notes: It has an intense straw-yellow colour with a light nuance of antique rose. Its aroma is intense, full and fruity, with excellent persistence. Its taste is dry, velvety and particularly well-orchestrated for its full body.
Served with: Fish soup, chargrilled seafood and dishes with mushrooms.
Served at: 8°C - 10°C.
