Product description
Vineyard: The grapes for the production of the sparkling wine Amalia Rose come from selected vineyards in the Asprokampos region of Nemea. Harvest takes place in mid-September.
Vinification: For the production of the base wine, grapes are harvested at an early stage where they are lightly unripe with a low potential alcoholic strength and high natural acidity. Traditional method is used with the second fermentation in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: An elegant, sparkling wine with soft pink and copper highlights. Ribbon of fine bubbles with strength and durability. Notes of a distinguished nose of cherry, while the discreet presence of yeast completes the set.
Enjoy at: 8-10°C.
