The Fransola Estate is found among the high vineyards of the Penedès in the municipality of Santa María de Miralles. This Fransola Estate is where we grow 25 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc, used to produce our Fransola, one of our most elegant white wines. This wine is unique because it is enriched with new American oak barrel fermentation followed by four months of ageing.
Sauvignon Blanc: It is grown in the vineyards of the Penedès Superior and it is the queen of the Fransola estate. The wines are elegant and well-structured with a noble aromatic complexity.
Parellada: A traditional fine and delicate Catalan variety. It produces aromatic light dry white wines with gentle fruity aromas.
The wine has a pale gold color. Fragrant and exceptionally delicate, it offers notes of mango and aromatic herbaceous nuances (fennel) framed by aging in highly aromatic new oak. Elegant, firm, flavorful. Extraordinarily long and juicy on the palate.
Ideal with seafood, fish, poultry.
Serve at 8-10ºC.
