Vinyard: Planted in the vinyard of Penedes region in 1991. The vinyard became organic in 2008.
Vinification: 15-20 days of fermentation and light pressures on the grapes.
Characteristics: Freshness and finesse are the major chracteristics of this wine, with a distinctive rose color and nose full of a variety of fruits. Strawberries, cherries and white peach are the main aromas but you can also find aromas of citrus blossoms. Cool acidity, with full and intense aftertaste.
Paired with: Sushi, pasta, medium-aged cheeses and white meat.
Served at: 6-8ºC.
Aging: Best served fresh.
Cellier notes: The number 3055 is the cab licence plate number of Jean Leon in New York city, which reveals the man behind the myth. The humble beggining of an idealist, who achieved his dream, by opening the most famous restaurant in Hollywood and producing a wine with his own name on the label.
