15-40 years old vineyards , in the semi-mountainous village of Koutsi Nemea, at an altitude of 450-550 m with a steep slope of 15% and direction S-SW. The vineyard is pruned very strictly in order to reduce its fruit load.
Agiorgitiko gives the blend intense fruit and soft tannins, while Syrah offers its rich and spicy character, a sense of structure and depth.
The deep reddish-violet color of Monograph Agiorgitiko - Syrah, its complex aroma and its flavor intensity make it a perfect pair for a wide range of dishes of spicy character and high flavor intensity.
Combine it with pasta with red sauce, meat-based stews, soutzoukakia, rooster in wine sauce, cheese and charcuterie platters.
Enjoy it even during the hot summer months at a temperature of 10-14ºC.
