Vineyard: At Penedes.
Vinification: The vinification takes place in stainless steel and at the end it is stopped by reducing the temperature, in order to keep the primary aromas of each variety, and also to maintain the unfermented sugars in combination with low alcohol.
Characteristics: Pale lemon color. Fragrant and floral like acacia, lime blossom, honey with notes of fresh fruit especially citrus and tropical passion fruit. Sensual and silky on the palate, framed by seductive, delicate acidity (pink grapefruit).
Paired with: Seafood cocktails, fish and Asian cousine.
Serve at: 11°C.
Aging potential: Up to 2 years.
