Bulldog Gin was created in 2007 by the entrepreneur and former bank investor Anshuman Vohra who redefined London Dry Gin. Soft, balanced citrus-based liquid The Bulldog is a flexible and versatile product with multiple layers of flavor for maximum mixing.
The citrus forward base is a combination of: coriander, juniper, angelica and lemon.The layer of complexity that adds warming spicy notes is a combination of: cassia, almond, orris and liqourice.
The layer of distinction that provides floral freshness is a combination of: dragon eye, lotus leaves, lavender and white poppy.
Nose: Avalanche with lavender scent, juniper and citrus fruits such as lime and orange.
Taste: Full body with spices such as black pepper. nuts and angelic root.
Aftertaste: Jupiter, spices and delicate floral notes.

120ml Three Cents Tonic
15ml Fresh Squeezed Mandarin Juice
3-4 Muddled Sage Leaves
Shake all ingredients and strain over fresh ice, top with tonic and garnish with mandarin orange peel and sage
