Jacopo Poli's excellent grappa com with honey from acacia trees from the region of Veneto to create a liqueur different from all the others. After the addition of honey, Jacopo Poli adds herbs such as leaves from mint and lemon which apart from giving an intence aroma also contribute to balancing the sweetness from the honey with fresh and balsamic notes. It is rich in herbal aromas such as pine, juniper and flowers (acacia, orange). The flavor is just as intricate. Clay, cedar and mainly honey make up a unique palette. 4/10 soda
half a slice of lime
sugar
mint leaves.
Put the lime and sugar in the glass and stir well. Add the liqueur, some ice cubes and fill with soda. Decorate with mint leaves.
