Vinification: The two varieties are harvested and vinified separately. Before fermentation begins, which takes place in stainless steel tanks, a pre-fermentation maceration is carried out in order to create a wine with intense primary aromas.
Tasting Notes: Light yellow colour with green highlights. The intense tropical aromas and green freshness of a typical Sauvignon Blanc are enriched by the Mediterranean fruit character of the Roditis. On the palate, the good structure created by this successful blend supports the flavour intensity and balances with the fresh acidity, which results in a long-lasting aromatic aftertaste.
Paired With: Fresh green salads, seafood, steamed or grilled fish, grilled chicken or turkey, manouri cheese and fresh goat cheeses, also perfect as an aperitif.
