Vineyard: A blend of several varieties from Southern France.

Vinification:Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks under controlled
temperatures (18°C). The wines were blended a minimum of 6 months before being bottled.

Tasting notes: Luminous pale pink in colour. The nose presents especially notes of strawberry. On the palate is refreshing and well-balanced with some hints of grenadine.

Paired with: Light meals.

Served at: 10-12°C.
