Pepper chutney is made with sweet Florina peppers, chillies, sugar, vinegar (contains sulphite) and salt.
The chilli and sweet Florina peppers make an irresistible combination! The result is a flavour that you can experiment with and add to any dish – sweet and sour, aromatic and slightly spicy!
Tips: Pair Mamellada pepper chutney with hard yellow cheeses (the combination with Gruyere is incredible!), sandwiches, burgers, marinated chicken and all types of meat.
