Varietal Composition: BALANCE (20% / variety) of the varieties Cabernet sauvignon + Cabernet franc + Cinsault + Merlot + Limnio

Organoleptic Analysis: Pleasant, aromatic and with character. It is a delicious rosé, with a balanced mouthfeel, crisp acidity and a long aftertaste.

Method of Production

The bleeding method was applied and the alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of around 16 °C. Remaining with the fine lees accompanied by periodic batonnage.
