Product description
The two varieties are harvested and vinified separately. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is macerated for 6 weeks and aged in oak barrels for 8 months.
Paired with: Roasted vegetables, oven or grilled red meats, pasta and meats with red sauces, pizza, burgers and yellow cheeses.
Enjoy at: 18-20ºC
Ageing: 5-7 years
