Vineyard: The grapes are harvested from the KAMPTAL valley of the Danube, so that the wine is perfectly representative of the region. A classic wine from the Kamptal has a low alcohol content (11,5 - 12,5%) and a pleasant acidity.

Tasting Notes: Soft lemon in appearance. On the nose aromas of green apple, pear with soft citrus notes such as citrus and orange. A subtle presence of minerality is combined with slightly peppery hints in the aftertaste. Medium body and long aftertaste.

Paired With: White meat dishes, fatty grilled large fish, pasta with white sauces
