Vinification: Red vinification with complete malolactic fermentation followed by maceration in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes: Bright purple colour, floral intense aromas with notes of Apollo’s laurel tree leaf, characteristic to the variety Liatiko. Soft on the mounth with ripe tannins and a fruity aftertaste.
Serving and Food Pairing: Enjoy between 15 °Cor 18 °C. Pair with lentil soup, red meat, burgers, lamb, grilled or roast poultry and fresh cheeses.
