Vineyard: privately owned vineyard in Mantineia, at the foot of Mount Mainalos. Young vines.

Vinification: Classic red vinification and maturation in French oak barrels for at least 10 months.

Tasting notes: The nose is dominated by fresh red fruits such as cherry, strawberry, cherry, oak and some herbal notes reminiscent of wild grown oregano. Medium body, masterfully balanced with moderate to intense acidity, moderate tannins, structured. Long finish dominated by cherry vibes.

Pairs with: braised meats, casseroles, beef sausages & yellow cheeses.

Enjoy at: 16-18ºC
