Vineyards: Vineyards at Halkidiki, Macedonia Greece with clay-loose soil, at altitudes of 200-250 meters.

Vinification: Classic vinification process for red wines using selected yeasts in controlled temperatures. Ageing in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting notes: Deep purple color . Dark fruit aromas, peppery and smoky with hints of vanilla and sweet spices. Elegance on the palate with silky tannins and spicy finish with excellent balance.

Paired with: Game, beef steak, dark chocolate desserts.

Served at: 16-18°C.
