Enotria means "The Land of Wine"

Vineyard: Daphnes Iraklion, altitude of 350m.

Οινοποίηση: Typical red vinification, in temperatures of 24 to 28 degrees. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, separate for each grape variety.

Characteristics: A Subtle, easily to drink, for everyday and with fruity flavors cretan wine. Ruby color with aromas of red fruits and notes of spice. 

Paired with: Pasta and mince, lentils, rabbit, smuts and mousaka.

Served at: 16-17ºC.

Aging: up to 3 years.
