A bitter that traces it's history back in 1885 when GioBatta Poli opened the tavern "Al Cappello" near thte Schiavon train station.In 1898 the distillery was created and the liqueur amaro by jacomo poli is dedicated to that time.This bitter is obtained by infusing in Grappa, alcohol with aromatic herbs. It has an intence aroma filled with spicies and mild mint. The flavour is bitter, in a medicinal style. Enjoy it neat, on ice or even as a digestive!
