The Double Cask gets its name from the fact that two different cask types are used in the maturation process; a mixture of both American Oak and European Oak casks, seasoned with sherry.
The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old is a fully rounded single malt in perfect balance, with flavours of fudge, citrus and soft spice.
